TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Supply of Booklets: Celebrate Together agrees to supply advertiser-supported booklets to the Resort/Hotel, completely free of charge.

2. Distribution Commitment: The Resort/Hotel agrees to distribute the booklets to their clients for a minimum of two years.

3. Agreement Term: This agreement will commence on the date hereof and is transferable only with the prior written consent of Celebrate Together.

4. Termination Clause:
4.1 Either party may terminate this agreement, subject to providing 24 months' written notice after the publication.
4.2 Duration: This agreement lasts for a minimum of 24 months from the commencement of sponsorship and cannot be terminated before sponsorship expires without compensation.
4.3 Termination Notice: Notice of termination should be provided 3 months in advance, and prior to the sponsorship expiration. Upon such request, the agreement will be terminated only after all sponsorship obligations have been fulfilled.

5. Printing Contingency: Celebrate Together reserves the right to withhold printing until sufficient advertising support is obtained.

6. Exclusivity: The Resort/Hotel agrees not to use any alternative advertiser-supported booklets during the term of this agreement.

7. Change of Ownership:
7.1 If the Resort/Hotel undergoes a change in ownership or control, the Resort/Hotel must inform Celebrate Together. Celebrate Together and the proposed transferee or controlling entity will facilitate the transfer of this agreement.

8. Representation:
8.1 The Resort/Hotel grants Celebrate Together permission to act on its behalf throughout this agreement to facilitate the sponsorship process.

9. Conflict Resolution:
9.1 Before securing sponsorship, Celebrate Together employs rigorous processes to avoid conflicts of interest with in-house services or allied health providers. In the event of new services/providers joining after sponsorship is finalised, efforts will be made to reposition sponsors; however, Celebrate Together retains the right to maintain sponsors on booklets and websites for the entirety of the sponsorship cycle.
